Apparently they won this award about a month ago, and was recognized for: “Being amongst the leading providers of postal and related services in the world. “
Now I’m sure the judges that awarded SAPO this most prestigious award probably know more than you or me do. However with the recent announcement from Amazon that they can’t use SAPO to ship goods anymore due to gross loss of stock, this puts a different light on the whole matter.
Surely if SAPO was amongst the leading providers of postal services in the world they wouldn’t be dropped by the leading postal user in the world?
I’m sure theft happens in postal services all over the world, but surely not to this degree? And then you get an award for being your countries best National business… geez… doesn’t bode well for other companies also in the running… who wants to be second best to the Post office?
